Is it only in English?

The main conference and related panel discussions will be in English. We offer simultaneous translation as a special request. There may be additional costs for the provision of simtran. Please get in touch with us prior to the event for clarification.

Are there student/academic discounts?

A limited number of conference places are available to accredited students (enrolled in courses related to the conference topic) and to academic professionals from recognised institutions. The discounted fee for student/academic participants is set at €249 (+tax) per person and tickets are provided on a first come, first served basis. Contact the organisers if you wish to apply for a student/academic pass.

Can I promote my company/services at the event?

Yes. We have a limited number  sponsorship packages including stand space at the event. Please contact Angelina Tennino for full details.

Are there any group discounts?

We offer the following discounts on groups of multiple attendees from the same company, organisation or office, who are paying on a single invoice:

• 1-2 delegates = zero discount on total cost
• 3 delegates = 10% discount on total cost
• 4 delegates = 15% discount on total cost
• 5+ delegates = 20% discount on total cost

Group discounts may not be valid in conjunction with any other early-bird registration or special offers. Please contact the organisers to confirm group rates.

What about the media?

We have a limited number of accredited press and media places at the event. Contact the organisers to apply for a media pass.

Liability note

The organisers of Nordic Venue Forum 2010 ( Xperiology) do not accept liability for any loss of, or damage to, the personal effects of attendees to the event. We reserve the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

We must receive all cancellations in writing prior to the event. The following number of days indicates the timescale and monies due for different cancellation periods, ie. Cancellations received:

• More than 30 days prior to the event – full refund/no payment due.
• More than 14 days and up to 30 days prior to the event – 50% payment due.
• 14 days or less prior to the event – no refund/full payment due.

Substitutions

Substitutions can be made at no charge prior to the event. All substitutions must be put in writing to the event organiser.
