Telenor Arena

Telenor Arena is a multipurpose arena for sports and entertainment situated at the peninsula of Fornebu, just outside Oslo, by the beautiful Oslo Fjord.

The arena has a maximum capacity of 25.000 spectators for concerts and 15.000 for football/athletics making it the largest indoor stadium in Northern Europe. Opening March 2009, Telenor Arena has quickly become a sought after venue for major entertainment acts. The arena has hosted a variety of events, including the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, shows by AC/DC, Tina Turner, Andre Bocelli, Metallica, and Roger Waters, and major sporting events like The Solberg Extreme Motorshow and the Oslo International Horse Show. Danish Institute for Sports Studies

The Danish Institute for Sports Studies (Idrættens Analyseinstitut) is an independent research centre set up by the Danish Ministry of Culture.

The primary objective of The Danish Institute for Sports Studies is to enhance and develop a broad range of social science research projects in the field of sports. Furthermore, the aim of the Institute is to analyse political initiatives regarding the world of sports and stimulate public debate around central questions related to these initiatives.
